Who we are. This website is operated by DigiSurf Agency LLC ("we", "us"), the data controller for personal information collected through this site. Contact: hello@happylegscompressionsocks.co.uk.

What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and order details. Payment is processed securely by Stripe - we never see or store your full card details. If you join our newsletter we store the email address you give us.

How we use it. We use your information to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, process refunds under our money-back guarantee, respond to enquiries and (only if you opt in) send our newsletter. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Legal basis. We process order data to perform our contract with you, and newsletter data with your consent, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Sharing. We share only what is necessary with delivery carriers (to get your parcel to you) and Stripe (to take payment).

Retention. Order records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@happylegscompressionsocks.co.uk to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies. This site sets essential cookies and local storage needed for the basket, your cookie preference and secure checkout. These are required for the shop to work and cannot be switched off.

Analytics. If you press Accept on the cookie banner we enable Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), which sets cookies to measure which pages visitors find useful. IP anonymisation is on. Analytics runs under Google Consent Mode and is set to denied until you accept, so nothing is stored beforehand. Press Decline and no analytics cookie is ever written. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Google acts as our processor and may transfer data outside the UK under Standard Contractual Clauses; see Google’s own privacy policy for their handling.

Session insights. Accepting also enables Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised page interactions such as clicks and scrolling to build heatmaps, so we can see where a page is confusing. Clarity is not loaded at all until you accept, so no Clarity cookie is written beforehand. It does not capture what you type into form fields or payment details. Microsoft acts as our processor; see Microsoft’s privacy statement for their handling.
